I ran a slido ranking poll with 18 participants. When I exported the report, it says that there were 31 participants and only 16 people participated. Why has the report decided that there were 31 participants participating? and how can I have the 31 changed to 18 to reflect the true figure of participants.
Following polls in the same session I ran had the correct information when I exported the results
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Cate from Canberra
The number 31 represents the total number of participants, who joined your slido session - including the testing accesses. This number cannot be reset or changed.
However, the number of participants who were engaged in your poll(s) is 18 and your poll results reflect that number.
