Issue with entering the quiz with the SSO

Hi, 

 

we have an issue on one quiz, we’re unable to enter participants view. We’re getting an error that it is invalid signature. Please, can you provide us an asap support. Big thanks.

Hi ​@Ema Starcic, can you please check whether your SSO certificate is expired? If it is not expired, please reach out to us at support@slido.com with the screenshot and info you shared above, including what email address you’re using when trying to enter the participant view. Thank you!
