Hello. I purchased a one time ENGAGE upgrade. I wanted to apply it to a pre-existing presentation but instead I think I “created new slido” then deleted that empty presentation. Does this mean I have lost my upgrade? I did not get a change to use it

When you purchase a one time plan and it is linked to your slido it can’t be unlinked or moved to a previously created slido. Please email us at support@slido.com and we’ll be able to get that changed over for you.
