Merging users from different Licenses

Hi there,

we have company license (3+1 users / 1 left) and a single person in single professional license (2 users). We just migrated the enterprise license to SSO&SAML. How can we move a user from the professional license to the company license? Will they loose their data? Can, during transition, the same username exists twice in Slido?

Hello ​@Bert Oberholz,

In general, they can both join your license and keep their own license. SSO Should remain functioning. They’d keep two log ins, SSO log in to your org, and password log in to their org.

Therefore, so to speak, the same username can exist twice in Slido.

We could also completely transfer them from the professional org to your org. In that case please reach out to us on support and CC the person we’re talking about, as we would need their permissions. Then we can help out.
