Paid to early?

Howdy,

I have just paid for the one time plan for 7 days as I have a one-day event to use it on the 27th of Nov.

I don’t need it to start until the 24th of November (to test it out for the 27th) but I’ve paid for it today. Can I please pause the upgrade until the 24th?

Thanks

Howdy @Bonnie Hill and Fleurieu ,

I had to edit your post as it contained sensitive information, hope that is okay!

It should be more than fine, if you set the event dates to and from to those dates that is when the slido one time plan will be activated from.

For example, if you purchase a one-time Slido plan today, you can set your event dates to run from Dec 20th to Dec 25th 🎄. Before those event dates, you'll have the flexibility to test the event as much as need and on the 20th Dec, that will be when the one time slido session activates. I hope that helps.

Let me know if you have anymore questions!

My best,
