Does the Engage level subscription allow me to run the same meeting six times? Each meeting will have a max of 50 participants.

It will depend on your subscription. If you have the annual one, you will be able to re-use the slido or you could duplicate it for the next meeting.
However, if you have the one-time plan, you will get a notice if you are going over 200 total joined participants- and would be prompted to upgrade.
