It seems that the general setting “Show number of votes instead of percentage.” doesn´t have any impact on the reports under analytics. Here all results are shown as percentage.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Yes, this is expected behavior. Poll results of Rating poll or Multiple Choice poll will show as percentage in your analytics, even with “Show number of votes instead of percentage” enabled.
However, if you export your poll results into Excel sheet, you’ll find number of votes for each poll option under “Count” column, as shown in my screenshot below.
