problem with co host

Hi, I added 2 colleagues to collaborate on the slido so that they can be autonomous. I did last week and today I does not work for them. 
they need to request access today again to be able to run the slido. This is very annoying 

please tell us clearly how to proceed. Thanks

The caveat with co-hosts is that they can only have access to one event at a time within your account. If your colleagues accepted a new co-host invitation for a different event, that would automatically remove their access to the first one, which is why they’re being asked to request access again.
