I just purchased a Professional One time Plan, however when I log in and click on my profile it says the (name of my organization)’s organization BASIC. Is the professional not activated?

as you have purchased our one-time plan your annual subscription remains basic but one of your Slidos should be automatically upgraded. If not then you may have purchased a pre-paid one-time plan that will be applied to your next created Slido.
In case you wouldn’t be able to find your upgraded Slido please let me know I could check it for you.
