We’ve paid for a Professional Subscription, but I cannot apply it to an already created event. Creating a new event is not an option since all settings are already configured for ongoing events. Could you please advise as soon as possible on how I can apply this plan to the upcoming event? Thank you.

If you click on the existing slido, and then click “upgrade” the purchased plan should be there to then apply it to that slido.

If this is not working, please email support@slido.com from the email associated to the purchased plan and we can help apply it to the existing slido. Please include the slido code and name in the email as well.
