When presenting the Q&A via PowerPoint plugin can I alter the number of questions that can be seen on the screen at the same? right now it seems to be limited to 3. thank you.

it is possible to change that setting via Slido in browser. If you login to your host mode of Slido via website you can open that particular Slido that is connected with your presentation and change the settings as shown in this video: https://app.vidcast.io/share/354f517b-20a8-434d-b82b-48c259dcc123
When you are in Powerpoint you can also open the settings from there by clicking on button called Manage slido in browser:
