Is it possible to ask a follow up question under a first general question. So that they are linked together?

Great question! If the Slido organizer has enabled participant replies, then yes, you are able to essentially reply to yourself to add more context or clarification. So look out for a little reply button next to your existing question.
If the Slido organizer has not enabled participant replies, then you would have to submit separate individual questions, I’m afraid.
