Hi there,

I would like to use mathematical formulas in a Slido quiz. Is there a possibility to implement LaTeX code, so that formulas can be displayed both in the questions and the answers?

Thanks a lot Jessica

Hey @Jessica2357 ,

Slido does not currently support mathematical formulas.

I would suggest taking a screenshot/image of the forumula and the options (labeling the options A, B, C, D) and inputting the formula on a presentation slide, then having the options for the responses displayed as well. On the Quiz slide, having the respective options A, B, C, D for participants to choose which is the correct response.

We will share this as feedback to the team as well for future consideration.

Let us know if this would help, or if you have any other questions!

Best,

Hello @Jessica2357

it would be possible to make a screenshot of a mathematical formulas and you could past them as a picture into Quiz. However it is not possible to add it as a screenshot to the options.

The only option would be that for example you would ask some question in a written form. Then add a picture with options A,B,C with the mathematical formulas and your real options would be just called A,B,C. That way your participants could vote for the options.

I hope this helps as Slido does not support LaTeX code.
