We know this bar fades once mouse is still but is there a way to get it to display on another screen admin for example ?

You can actually open this view on as many devices as you need. So you can potentially open the same on another computer and control it from there. All the screens would then react to the changes you do.
Alternatively, you can manage the slido directly from admin, even on a mobile phone.
