I have added the Polls feature from the interactions tab (new interface). Finally, I have decided that we will not use polls during this event, so I’d like this feature to be removed for this event.
How do I remove the Polls feature in the new interface? In the old one it was easy and obvious, now I cannot retrieve this simple action!

You’re right, the ability to disable either Q&A or polls is not yet available in the new interface. However, we plan to introduce it back very soon. Check out our Feature continuity guide for the most up-to-date information regarding features like these.
In the meantime, you’re still able to use the old interface if needed. And don’t worry, this feature will be returned long before the old interface is permanently sunsetted.
