Is it be possible to rename the Audience Q&A Panel? Instead of a running list of audience questions, I would like it to be a running list of recognition items. Is this possible, and if so, how?

we do not have the option of changing the name of our Q&A, as it's one of our core features. A workaround that I could suggest is using the Open Text poll, where participants can submit free text, similarly like in the Q&A.

The challenge is that I’d like this poll to continue running even as I put up other polls - like the Q&A tab. It seems with the PowerPoint integration, that is not possible. Is this correct?

You’re correct, with PowerPoint your polls get activated and deactivated as you progress through your presentation. One workaround would be to share a permanent link with your audience as described here. With this option participants can access your open text poll at any time and if you want to show their messages at the end, you can simply add the poll into your presentation, all previously posted results will be showed.
