I created a quiz for the classes I teach. After each period I reset the results so that my new class period data would show. At the end of the day, I went to the analytics to see a report of the results for each class period and I could only see the last set of data.

Would you mind reaching out to us at support@slido.com? We can then look into recovering the data for you, but we need to confirm it all over the email due to security. Please include the event code of the slido you need us to recover the data for in your email.
For future, I would recommend setting up separate quizzes for separate classes. You can easily duplicate the same quiz within the same slido so that each class has its own, or even duplicate the whole slido.
If you are using one of our presentation integrations (PowerPoint, Google slides) you can choose the option “Duplicate slido” in the sidebar. This creates a brand new slido for you on the backend that is the exact duplicate of the one you have connected to the presentation and already has all of the polls connected to the right slides.
