Reuse/Reopen a Slido session

Hi,

I would like to use a Slido poll and Q&A session again - reopening the polls that have already been answered.
Can I do this?

It seems that I can change the start and end date to my new dates, but I don’t want anything to go wrong in my live session with 50 participants so I just want to confirm this is ok?
ie. I set the date for my first Slido from 1 Sept - 3 Sept. I now want to run the same session for those who were unable to attend the first. I have updated the dates in the Slido to 8 Sept - 10 Sept. It has worked, but will something go wrong during the live session on the 10th!!!???

I am on an Engage price plan. Happy to pay for the extra session, but would like to reopen the last one I used as I explained above.

Hi @SStempo

If you have changed the slido dates, you will be able to run it again without any issues for the new session.

I would like to mention that the Engage plan has a participant limit of 200 participants per slido so once this amount has been reached you will see a notification mentioning this in your slido in which case you should duplicate this slido and start working with the new duplicated one. The polls will duplicate over so you do not need to create them from scratch.

If you do wish to work with new data for the new session from the existing slido, you can export the data first from the previous session

and then reset poll results so data will be reset

Hope this makes sense.
