Question

Same user but multiple doing the same survey

We have about 100 participants but they all use the same tablet. But after one user has done the survey, the next one starts at the end of the survey so i guess it’s still the first user.

I want to be able to do the same survey on the same tablet over and over again .

I wrote a vb.net program where the user logs in and then he can open the survey in a browser window .

After he’s finished the next user logs into the program and so on.

The user on the laptop itself stays the same .

How can i solve this?

Hello @Katrien.vangoethem

I’d be happy to help with that. We do have a paid customization we offer as a solution to this use case. However these customizations are something we only offer to users with a license, rather than free use. You can learn more about our advanced customizations here.

Could you share more about your VB.net program, does it work or did you need our assistance implementing it?

regards,

I got it working with an incognito session in the browser but to link the slido to the user that is logged in my program is a bit harder . I try to manipulate the “Voting as Anonymous” in Slido so it reflects the name of the user but it seems that it’s not allowed. We are trying to use Slido for training and so and we need to link the Slido outcome to the user and the user needs to use his signature to complete the session.

Any tips welcome,

Thanks

@Katrien.vangoethem Great workaround using an incognito browser! The only other workaround I might recommend is making of your Survey Questions and Open Text poll where you simply ask the participant for their name. This way you can actually enter the name as answer. When you export a report you can see the name there.

Hope that helps!
