SAML SSO issue

We’ve recently run into an issue with the Slido application following the renewal of the registered application certificate. Users are currently unable to log in via SSO and are receiving the error shown below.

The SSL certificate has been successfully renewed and is active in the SAML SSO configuration, but the issue persists. Would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this.
