Can I use slido in a live environment to select me 3 prize winners at random from a pre-submitted list ?

Slido is more of a voting tool and doesn’t really have a random selection function. You could use Slido to have participants vote on winners using a multiple choice poll...but that doesn’t really sound like what you’re going for.
I’d recommend searching for a random winner selection tool online. I think you could find something that would work for your use case.
