Slido one time professional plan

I just purchased a Slido one-time membership for an event scheduled on December 11th and 12th, which is more than 7 days away. Will my membership expire before I get to use it? Could you please clarify?

The 7 days applies to the dates set on the Slido when its created.

I would check that the dates of your Slido are set for the December 11 & 12, and you will be able to set up and test your Slido before the event dates itself.

Bonjour,

je suis intéressé pour acheter la formule "Professionnel / une fois" pour un événement d'entreprise qui aura lieu début Septembre.

Ma question est la suivante : 

Si j'achète cette option aujourd'hui afin de construire et de préparer les questions et sondages pour cette réunion de début septembre, est ce que les participants auront bien accès au SLIDO le jour de la réunion ?

J'ai peur d'acheter cette option aujourd'hui et de n'avoir que 7 jours pour préparer le slido et d'être obligé d'acheter à nouveau un forfait pour la réunion de Septembre.

Pouvez- vous m'expliquer comment je dois procéder ?

Bonjour, c'est une excellente question. Vous pouvez souscrire un abonnement unique dès maintenant, même si votre événement est prévu ultérieurement. Lorsque vous créez votre événement Slido, assurez-vous de définir les dates de l'événement sur le jour même.

Vous pourrez ensuite effectuer la configuration et les tests nécessaires avant l'événement. Cet article vous guidera pas à pas en détail.

I ordered and paid last Friday for a Professsional One Time event. But when I log in at Slido, I see the icon Basic. Has my  status not been upgraded yet? and when will it be done? 

Furthermore I made the Slido poll, but when I go to Present and I scan the QR Code with my smartphone, it connect with Slido, but then everything disappears on my smartphone ???

I have checked your account and it looks like the slido this license was applied to was later deleted. The one-time plan always has to be applied to a specific slido, so it is important you keep that one for testing as well.

Would you mind sending us an email to support@slido.com to confirm which slido you would need to have the paid license applied to? We will then fix this for you. If you could also share what exactly is not displayed on your phone, we can troubleshoot that further with you too.
