Transfer Slido Account from Webex to Zoom

Yes, my organization already has a Slido account that we originally integrated with Webex. Every time we log into Slido, we use the “Login in with Webex” option.

My organization recently switched the virtual platform we use from Webex to Zoom. We want to keep our existing Slido account, but we haven’t found a way to ‘unlink’ the Webex integration or transfer it to ‘Zoom’ integration and keep the existing polls/surveys we previously created before the Webex>Zoom switch.

A few things would have to happen in order to be able to transfer existing Slidos. The first is that you would need a paid license in order to accept them. Please reach out to support@slido.com or start a live chat and we should be able to point you in the right direction!
