Unable to access an event

Hi, I have been invited as co-host to a Slido event, which now I can access form the link provided in the invitation. However, when I launch the presentation linked to it, it still says I am not allowed to access Slido even if I am logged in with the right user.

What could be the problem?

Are you seeing a “request access” in powerpoint, can you kindly log out and log in with your cohost email address and see if that helps?
