Can I collect more than just name and email before user submits their response? I’d love to collect company name or which of our employees they spoke to as additional fields.

We can add one more field to collect the company name - this option is a special customization for which you can check the pricing here.
Any other data you would like to collect is easiest to collect by creating a poll/survey at the start of your slido that people can fill it in.
