Why are my Slido dates randomly changing?

Slido is randomly changing dates on both current and past Slidos. It makes them last for a week when they are created for a day. It changes the day after they have been set. Even when I go back in and change them and they are all correct on the dashboard, a while later some are changed again!?!

Slidos that should be past are marked active and those that are active get the wrong dates.

Anyone know what is happening and how to stop it from happening again?

This particular group of Slidos are all being used through the PowerPoint integration which seems to be working perfectly.

Hello @Pearcey

Mikaella here from Slido -  happy to help!

When you’re using Slido in PowerPoint or Google Slides, the dates will automatically update for a fresh 7 days whenever you open the presentation. This is by design so you never have to worry about adjusting your dates when reusing a presentation with Slido. This is done automatically for you.

Could that be what’s happening here?

If you don’t think so, then could you kindly come to support@slido.com and share more information on how you’re using slido with your presentations? We would love to investigate this more with you.
