The code was on the screen and activated but the participants couldn’t get on to the survey. Do you know why this happened?

This can happen if you are managing a different slido from the one being shown to the audience. Or if you think you have the survey activated, but it’s actually not.
If that’s not the case, please reach out to support@slido.com with the name of the slido and the joining code and we would be happy to look into this for you.
