Why do I see an error when I try sharing my Slido Analytics?

Hello,

I created a Slido survey, and the members asked me to share the answers so they could adapt theirs.

I tried to do this using the 'Share Analytics' button, which produces a link. However, when the link is opened, the message 'Sorry, this page does not exist' appears.

Thank you for your help.

Hello @stephane Manou

Mikaella here from Slido -  This certainly sounds strange and I’ll be happy to help!

I had to remove your screenshots as it contained confidently information. Could you kindly share your use case to support@slido.com with the screenshots? I’d like to investigate with you right away!

My best,

Hi @stephane Manou ,

When creating public share link you can also specify after in how many days the share link will expire. Is it possible they tried to open the link after it had expired?

Could you please share your experience, including a screenshot of the error message you're seeing, with our Customer Care team at support@slido.com?

Thank you!

Best,

Hi, no, the problem is that when I create the share analytics link and click on the Open button, I am taken directly to a page that says 'This page does not exist'.
