Why is my upgrade not recognized?

I have created an Slido account and made a one-time upgrade for the Engage plan.

I try to create a poll and when i want to add the 4th multiple choice question the system suggests I should upgrade. This is supposed to be included in the Engage Membership.

 

I have tried to duplicate, log in again and create new polls but the error keeps up.

 

Maybe someone can help? It is a bit urgent since I need to create a poll for an event next week.

It’s likely you have a one-time plan that was applied to a different slido already.

I would recommend reaching out to support@slido.com to look into this for you. They can take a closer look at your specific account.
