With a one-time plan, can I test my slido before my 7 day limit?

Hi,

I’m using a one-time Engage plan. Is it possible to prepare and test my slido outside of the 7 day limit? Or does the 7 day limit start when I purchase?

Many thanks.

Cheers,

Marco

Hello @Marco Lin,

Of course! The 7 day limit refers to the period where your participants will be joining live, but you can take all the time you need for preparing and testing before that. So you could set your slido dates for next month and have this entire month to prepare. Does that make sense? I’d recommend you check out our one-time plan guide, as well as our steps for testing you slido. Those should have some great pointers for you 👍

Hello @Aresven,

the event dates can be set to longer than a week using our annual plans: https://www.slido.com/pricing?plan=annual

Also in case you are sharing a permanent link for Slido - then your participants can join permanently using that link and the event dates have no impact on the url.

@Ondrej from Slido  -- I just upgraded and it still won’t allow any longer than 1 week.   😐

Hey @Liam ,

Could you please write to support@slido.com so we can look into the event? If you purchased a One-Time plan, or the slido you are working on wasnt upgraded to the upgraded plan we would be able to help answer this from our support team.

Let us know if this helps!

Best,
