Post Answer Slide

Following the close of an open question currently the answer is highlighted with the number of participants who correctly answered the question.  I propose an option to then allow an Answer slide that allows the owner to give a more detailed explanation of the answer before moving on to the next question.  This moves the format away from just a Quiz, to being a more interactive presentation in where further details can be discussed on why/how the answer was achieved.
