Every Slido account and license is subject to our Terms of Service. These terms and conditions are referenced and agreed-to when creating any account or purchasing any plan.

Slido’s terms remain the same, no matter how Slido is procured (even when purchasing online).

Can terms be negotiated?

To keep our services both accessible and affordable, our standard practice is to not engage with any custom agreements. However, with that said, there are very rare instances where we may be able to do so. Such instances may include:

What variants can potentially be negotiated?

If the above criteria is met and our team agrees to enter negotiations, the only items that would be discussed are the ones below:

  • An applicable CISCO agreement where Slido is included

  • Entering into a separate SaaS agreement with Slido

  • After consultations regarding the above SaaS agreement, adjusting up to three negotiable changes:
    • Changing the governing law to an acceptable jurisdiction (England and Wales, or Switzerland)
    • Payment terms
    • Potentially opting out of BETA clauses
