Hello,

I would just like to get clarity on my situation. I am currently using the free plan, and invited others to do so, too, as a way to engage participants. They have already created their own slidos using their accounts, and I only requested access for me to help manage them.

My question is, if I purchase Engage plan, will I be able to export data from their slidos?

Thank you!

Hey @chichi26 ,

I’ve sent a response in the previous thread. In case anyone else sees this question here is the answer:

Yes, when you are on a paid plan you will be able to export data from slidos that you are invited as a co-host to. You can find more details on using Slido with co-hosts from here (where the screenshot is taken from).

Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.

Best,

Hi @Carly from Slido and team

I have the opposite problem I think to what you’ve posted - if my (paid) account is added as co-collaborator to a slido created with a free account, am I able to export responses from that (free) slido?

Also can we collect the attendees names in their export? We still want the attendees to be able to make their names something funny / something other than their name.

Cheers, Brad

Hi @badly_grilled,

If the slido is created under the free Basic license, it is not possible to export the data, even if you as a guest have a paid account. If you would need the data from that slido, I would recommend to flip the setup and for you to create the slido under your account. You can then invite the other people as guests.

When it comes to collecting the names, you can require this when people enter the slido. They will be bale to write whatever they wish though, so it can be funny names too :)

Hope this helps!
