I'm using Slido for a NFP so on a free plan, if I want to add 'Ratings' do I need to upgrade to a paying plan?

Our free basic plan allows up to 3 polls including the rating poll. If this meets your requirements for your user case then you can remain with the free basic plan otherwise if you require more than 3 polls you will need to upgrade to a paid plan. With the free basic plan you can also have up to 100 participants join your slido.
