I just upgraded to Engage for a 1x presentation that I’ll be presenting next week but it’s not allowing me to add more than 3 polling questions. What’s up?

I'm trying to pinpoint what could be causing the upgrade not to reflect on your slido session.
If the session has already been activated or hosted, it won't upgrade. You'll need to duplicate your session for the Engage plan to apply.
Additionally, if you purchased a one-time plan, it is linked to a specific session and lasts up to 7 continuous days. If the session was perhaps deleted, the plan would have been removed, limiting you to only three polls.
