Hello, I have a 5 day event. I just got the 7 day one time professional plan. Each day has 1 presentation prepared. Each day has some polls and cloudwords, etc. However, I am now encountering an issue because i can only customise the background of the slido in 1 presentation only, meaning that only 1 presentation is under the professional one-time.

Our one-time plans only apply to a single slido. So you’d need to set up all your polls for you presentation within the same slido. For this set up, I’d recommend creating them all under one slido from slido.com, then you can add the polls from the same slido to different presentations if needed.
You can add the same slido to different presentations. However, you cannot have multiple slidos associated with the same presentation.
