I am running a 1 hour session with 6 speakers. Each will show their own 10 minute powerpoint presentation. The presentations will not run as a single slide deck. How can I use the same poll (with different questions from each speaker) for all presenters? This way participants in the audience will not not have to keep scanning different codes.

For this, is each speaker using the Slido integration with Powerpoint? If so, I would suggest creating 1 Slido, with 6 Rooms, each Room input the same poll into it and then insert that into the respective Speakers Powerpoint.
Otherwise, I would suggest to keep one Slido with the polls in there, and activating them outside of powerpoint (You can download the QR code and insert that into the Powerpoint presentations as well and activate the polls from your own device).
