I cannot add additional interactions to my PowerPoint presentation. It's telling me to upgrade. Is there a limitation to the number of interactions you can use while you are on basic?

Further, this morning I had to reload and log in differently for SLIDO. Now the Slido Log in does not appear in Power point. Under Add Ins it shows as loaded and working.
WE have an enterprise account using Webex.
Also, I attempted to un-install, then reinstall SL
IDO for PPT, and now it shows up as an Inactive Add-In and I can’t get it to become Active.
