Slido for PowerPoint on Windows login trouble


Slido for Windows v1.15.0.6311 (Support ID 01026386) 3-18-25

 

This morning I had to reload and log in differently for SLIDO.   Now the Slido Log in does not appear in Power point.   Under Add Ins it shows as loaded and working. 

WE have an enterprise account using Webex. 

 


Also, I attempted to un-install, then reinstall SL
IDO for PPT, and now it shows up as an Inactive Add-In and I can’t get it to become Active.

I’d check our article that references some troubleshooting steps for PowerPoint. There are steps specific to the add-in being inactive. If this doesn’t help, please reach out to support@slido.com, they should be able to assist further!
