Slido with powerpoint

I’ve integrated the use of Slido at various parts of a PowerPoint presentation.

Few issues:

The icons aren’t appearing on each section (for example trophy for quiz and cloud for word cloud).

Also, when presenting the question flashes up for a split second then it automatically moves to the slide showing results.

 

Any help?

Would you be able to take a video of the behaviour you are experiencing and email it to support@slido.com along with your logs so we can investigate:

 

For Windows:
You can collect the logs by simply opening the app and selecting Get logs.

For MAC:

  1. Open Finder
  2. Go to Applications
  3. Find Slido and open it
  4. Click Get logs > Save
  5. Attach the zip file containing the logs to your email message
