I created a three question survey however, the speaker wants all three questions to appear at once - is that possible? So, once they click the link, visually they would see all three questions...

Great question! So long as the interactions were setup as a Survey Poll and not individual polls, then yes you will be able to launch the Survey and your participants will be able to vote in all three questions.
