Hi, I set up a few Slido presentations last year using another account. However, now I need to use my new account and email address - but Slido keeps stating: 

“This presentation is linked to another Slido account. To edit existing polls or add new ones, please switch to the Slido account connected to this presentation”. 


This is something that I can’t do now, so I hope you can help. Is there a way to simply transfer my PPT presentations to my new account? I’d hate to have to start all over again!

I think the best option here would be for our support team to help transfer the original slido to your new account. You can start a chat with them or send an email to support@slido.com. 

 

When you email them, be sure to do so from the email address of your original account and include the new email/account, plus the code for the slido. They can take it from there 👍
