Hello, Slido is working great except for one issue. I get to a Slido Slide and wait for it to be populated and that works great, but when I try to advance past the slide it doesn’t do anything. Then when I click a second time, it moves, but goes two slides forward. This is happening on both of my windows laptops. I’m running Windows 10, PowerPoint 2019. Any help would be appreciated..

Please include the log files in your email or add them as an attachment in the chat.
How to get logs
- Click Start, type Slido and launch it
- Right-click the “S” icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner)
- Select Get logs
- Attach the generated .zip file to the email
