Unable to use the Professional features after upgrading

Hi, I upgraded my plan to Professional for 7 days (on 2 days ago) but can no longer ask more than 3 multiple choice questions in PPT. This is urgent. Please help me fix this.

sorry to hear about the troubles. One-time plans are attached to a specific slido session, so in case it was deleted, the plan would be deleted as well.
