I have a presentation for an event with a pretty large audience of about 700 attendees.  I included a QR code in my powerpoint but now notice I will not be able to login remotely from stage.  I know there’s a way to integrate with powerpoint but I’m not handling the PP, a remote event staff will.    Is this the right product for what I’m looking for?  (it’s supposed to be audience participation part of the presentation, about 5 minutes out of my 1 hr keynote)

Hi @miamism

The most seamless option would be to use our PowerPoint integration. The downfall of it is that the device sharing the presentation would need to have the integration installed and someone would have to open the Slido sidebar before sharing the presentation and log in (in case it is someone other than you, you can share co-host access with them). I understand this may not be possible in your setup, especially if there is a special AV team taking care of what is shared on the screen.

Another option would be to check with the AV team if they can share a different screen for you when you give them a signal. In such a case, you can share with them a link to the Slido present mode. When it is time for the Slido interaction, they would just share that instead of your PowerPoint. You could then active the polls/work with Q&A from your computer or phone - anything you do would automatically display in the present mode.

I hope this helps!
