unsuccessful Login using Webex-account


Hello guys, I have a technical problem logging in to Slido.com using my WebEx account. Since the 07/16/2025, the login is running on an error or the login and authorization process is repeated in a continuous loop without entering the Slido environment. The browser is Windows Edge and Windows 11 version is installed on the laptop. I have also tried to restart the laptop and clear the cache. All without success.
Does anyone have an idea what this might be because of?

Hi Moncia, 

thanks for your support. The problem was probably with Microsoft Edge. However, I was unable to determine exactly where the problem was with the Edge browser (maybe security settings that have been applied to that browser, perhaps Slido needs to be whilelisted through Edge, etc .). With FireFox- Browser it works now.
