Is there a way to have different settings for different slides - for example to have one slide which shows results on a click while another shows them immediately? My google slides doesn’t seem to be letting me do this.

I am new to slido. Also I am having trouble integrating slido with powerpoint. So I am trying to see if I can do the entire quiz on slido without integrating it with powerpoint. I am looking for suggestions/ideas to set up a slido quiz to do the following. ThanksSetup a slido quiz with 40 questions organized as 4 rounds (Rounds 1-4) with 10 questions in each round. Intersperse the 4 Quiz rounds with some info/instructional messages (Example: “This brings us to the end of roundXX. The next round is on music. First, you will hear a short sound clip followed by a question related to the sound clip. You will then answer the question using slido”) After each round, I want to display the leaderboard to show the participant rankings in that round. At the end of the 4th round, after the 4th round leaderboard has been presented, I want to present the “Cumulative” leaderboard factoring in all 4 rounds to present the top 3 winners

Hi!I am wondering when you will implement the feature of seeing the replies to a given Q&A question also from Presentation Mode (here mentioned as part of the feature, not a bug).While Replies to other’s questions is a nice (paid!) feature to keep audience engaged on other’s questions, I think it’s ESSENTIAL to have the host to see those replies also when presenting full screen.The limit could be overcome by having an additional tab with a regular participant interface but it seems to me a bug that the host of the meeting has less info than a regular participant.Thanks for your prompt answer and consideration of unlocking/implementing this missing part of the Q&A replies feature.Simone

My team is presenting now with a presentation that has slido polls that were created when we were using the free plan. We have since upgraded however when they try to add a question we get a message that we reached the poll limit of 3. How do we add new questions to that existing presentation?  

I have set up 4 polls all on related topics to send out to a single group of participants. I wanted to set up headers for each section which is why i set them up in this way.  Is it possible to get all 4 of the polls onto a single link to send out, so that they follow on from one another seamlessly appearing as a single survey to the customers?

myself and a colleague will be delivering PowerPoint with slidos I have created at the same time - one is in a face to face venue and the other is online. Will this be possible.

Hi All,I can’t find a concrete answer on this (and surprised its not in the FAQs).We want to purchase a one-off pro license for an event on the 24th. But it lasts 7 days.So if i were to purchase it today will it run out by then? Or if a token that i can activate on the 20th for example to cover the event and testing?Thanks Alex

Is there a way to clear the responses in a slido after using it? 

Good day,since the new interface we have a problem with the Q&A. I haven’t found the fix yet. We use the Q&A function across multiple events and days. In the old interface when participants write a questions for example on monday it was visable for mods in the backend even if they checked on tuesday. Now with the new interface a mod just sees questions which are posted after he logged in. So if he opens the Q&A backend section on tuesday at 2pm and somebody wrote a question on tuesday at 1:59pm our mod can’t see it. If it is posted at 2:01pm he does. When the mod decides to refresh his browser page at 2:02pm it resets his visible comments. The only comment/question which isn’t affected are highlighted ones (and archived ones, but archive isn’t relevant here). So is there an option which disables “old” questions, or do we have a bug? Thanks for your help!

I am trying to package this application for multiple users silently without launching slido.app and the add-in doesn't install. Tried copying the user content add-in files but it gives permission error for other users. is there a way to package this for multiple users silently without launching the application?

How can I import questions and answers from Microsoft Word into Slido?

I created a quiz for the classes I teach. After each period I reset the results so that my new class period data would show. At the end of the day, I went to the analytics to see a report of the results for each class period and I could only see the last set of data. Is there a way to recover that data from the resetting results so I can give my students credit? In the future, how do I set up an interaction and use it for each different class period?

I’ve added collaborators to events to help with Q&A moderation. However, one never receives the invitation email from Slido, and I’ve sent it multiple times. Any idea why certain users would receive and others would not?

In our Slido participants will be asked to enter their email address before joining. Some users who tried to join get the message: Failed to send verification email! Please help!

How do I sign out of one account In PowerPoint to add content from a different account? I started creating slidos in a free account then signed up for a pro account and I`'m stuck in a cycle of 'Request access'from the free account -which I deleted. So I can't sign in with a different (pro) account. Any suggestions?

How do you delete/hide the Leaderboard after a quiz round? (It automatically populated and doesn’t have a delete function in the three buttons to the right. 

Hello! Is it possible to lock a poll while presenting using PowerPoint? I would like to capture the initial analytics of the question and prevent my students from changing their responses while we discuss the correct answer. 

How can I have multiple questions in one poll?
