I'm going to use Slido on Webex to get a questionnaire from the attendees. When I tested it, some of them see the questionnaire normally, but some are stuck on the questionnaire screen. What part should I check to find out the cause?

I have created three polls but can only access one of them via powerpoint - any tips?

Hi, I purchased an Enterprise License including 3 seats. While I am just the IT Operator and Billing responsible, I occupy one of these seats that were meant for the business. Is it possible that I stay as the owner for groupwide settings and billing but not use one of the seats? HiI was running a slido at the end of some training recently and I accidentally reactivated one of the polls that had already been responded to. This seemed to cause a loss of all the data that had been captured in that poll. Is there anyway of retrieving that data?Thanks

I have my slido built and need to add it to my PPT presentation. How do I do that? 

Is there a way to upvote/like responses to an open poll? It sounded like they were working on adding this feature as of a few months ago, but I still don’t see it. I was hoping there was a workaround using the Q&A function, which has the upvote option. But there seems no way to edit the prompt to say something different than “type your question.”

How do i format in the question when i want a space between sentences (line spacing)   for a question in the present mode… Seems like on the editing screen, I can do that, but when it goes to the present mode and live survey, all the spaces and sentences are crunched together.   This is urgent.   Thx. I’ve done testing for my event, and reset all interactions.  The only thing that seems to not reset is in the analytics dashboard, the number of slido participants.  It still says the following, all other stats are at 0:Engaged participants0 out of 7 Slido participants engaged with polls or Q&A. How to reset the number of participants?

I would like to take pledges (promises to donate in future) during a live event. Is there a Slido question that could take numerical answers and display the growing total during the event? I would also need access to the names of people making each pledge to be able to contact them later.

Is there a limit to how many questions people can ask in my Q&A?

HiI want to put a quiz into the slideshow in our global town hall presentation - it will be presented live but recorded so that people in different timezones can watch at different times. Will the slido stay active so that 1) People can join at different times and still participate?2) The quiz will still collate responses so we can see an overall winner?

Hi Slido community! We are a training team that loves Slido. As an instructional designer, I make the Slidos, and our team of facilitators use them in Webex during live online trainings. They deliver the same classes over and over, and they’ve told me they often forget to reset the Slido session prior to a class, so then they are fumbling to reset at the start of class after they’ve launched the first Slido poll and the current class saw the responses from the previous class. Could there be a setting within Slido to auto-reset every so often, or even a dialog box that asks the first time you launch a used Slido whether you want to reset or not? Would love it if anyone else has found a good solution for this.  Thanks,Susie

Hi all, I’m organizing an event of 2 days with 80 participants each and multiple sessions. Hence, the intention is to buy either the engage or the professional account. However, I am worried about the limitation of participants: what do you mean with it? Given the several sessions we’ll host, these 80+80 participants would access to the Sli.do event multiple times (probably with same device). Log in is not required for accessing to sli.do event’s, so I’m wondering how you count participants.  Thanks for understanding, Best.
