Hi team,I use Slido in my training PowerPoint presentations. I recently used it in both PPT and Zoom at the same time and WOW...it was amazing. Super easy and effortless. My question though...depending on my client, sometimes I use Zoom and sometimes I use Webex for my trainings. Can I use the same PPT deck in a Webex call if I’ve already used it in a Zoom call. Does it matter? I’m a little nervous to test, afraid I might lose something.

Hey,Is there any way to not have a timer in a Slido quiz? Or is it just built that way? I’d like to not have any time limit, but the time always runs out. I want people to have as much time as they want. Is this possible at all?

HelloSome of our users, including myself, get empty Excel sheets when exporting questions.  What causes this and can we do anything about it?Regards, Marion

We are organising a conference. During the break, we would like to invite people to participate in a quiz with a couple of questions, and someone with the most correct answers will get a reward.So far, I haven’t been able to configure this in slido so that it fulfills our requirements:What I can do: Leaderboard at the end: Possible No timer per question (they have 30 minutes to answer the whole quiz): Possible. What I couldn’t figure out yet: Participants should be able to go through the quiz at their own pace, from one question to another Participants should be able to go forward and backward through the quiz, submitting the final answer only at the end. Does anyone know if it’s possible to do that with slido, and if yes, how I configure this properly?I know I can create a “survey”, but that doesn’t allow to auto-correct the answers, nor does it include the leaderboard at the end. 

Hi Community,We run a conference with multiple concurrent stages that may have interaction.When I set up the polls for each stage, and enter the direct link (not the generic event Slido link) to our event app, and this allows participants to access at any time, rather than at set poll date/time or after we activate.Am I setting this up wrong?I need to set up and share the links via our event app in advance, but I do not want participants to be able to join/answer before each session takes place.The other question is, in the analytics, where can I find source of participants who either joined by scanning the Slido qr code, or if they joined via the link shared on our event app? Best,

I have several rooms within one slido. Only one of the rooms requires Q&A and i would like to turn it off for the other rooms. When i am in one of the rooms and turn off Q&A it disables it for all rooms. Does anyone know if this is possible?ThanksMike

Hello I’ll be running a pop up event and I’m wondering if I can fill out the survey I have created on behalf of participants? I would like to engage with people through conversation rather than asking them to fill out a survey. In essence I will ask the public the survey questions which I will then input into Slido. I’m just wondering if this is possible?

Hi guys, We are creating a multiple choice poll. After showing the poll question and collecting audience’s votes, how can we add an additional section to show more info/explanation of the correct answer?  For example:Q: What’s the new minimum wage of Australia?Options: A. $23 B. $25 C. $24Audience votes and then we reveal that the correct answer is C. $24Then we want to display more info: The new minimum wage has been updated since July 1st. It’s important to make sure that you are underpaid.

Hi all,Question as to why the survey results are not showing for attendees? This is for the Slido plug-in for Webex. I opened my survey of four questions and after closing the survey and clicking “show results” none were able to see them. Any clue as to what happened?Thanks!

If I had availed of the Engage plan, will I be able to export the quiz scores of all participants (and not just the top 5)?

Hello, I would just like to get clarity on my situation. I am currently using the free plan, and invited others to do so, too, as a way to engage participants. They have already created their own slidos using their accounts, and I only requested access for me to help manage them. My question is, if I purchase Engage plan, will I be able to export data from their slidos? Thank you!

If I pay for an Engage plan on my Slido Account, will I be able to export data from slidos created by other users if I was given access to them?

I’ve been using Slido for in-person events for the last 1.5 years and I’ve used a few times for webinars. We’re shifting our approach to webinars to make them more interactive. In fact, they’re less webinar and much more of an engagement experience. That said, getting engagement can be hard even with in-person events (I know personally). We use ice-breakers to get folks familiar with Slido and that has worked well. Here’s our use case:We have an experience with 3 different challenges and wanted responses on a 2-3 questions for each challenge. Would 3x3 = 9 types of questions be too much in a 45 minute span?Does integration with Zoom work better when sharing slides? What’s the max number of questions or polling you’ve done in a 45 min online event with 100 people? This is with “prospect customers”, not an internal company event, so the stakes for a smooth execution are much higher. I’ll happily share what we end up doing and the results.Thanks,Peter    

Hello. We have an event with 14 concurrent sessions coming up. We have the highest level account - enterprise. We would like to have 14 seperate events - one for each session all with an individual moderator (with their own free slido login).  Wondering if anyone knows if there is a limit? We ran a test yesterday and didn’t seem to have a problem. 

Is there a way to get a report year to date on all the analytics for the year of 2023?

i need to hide leaderboard from people. i will share result after analytics report shared. i don’t want to show leaderboard anyone during the event.

Hi,For the Word cloud and Open text formats specifically, is there not a setting or ability for Sli.do to consolidate “similar answers” (like they do for “Similar questions” in the “Lab” feature)?For example, let’s say I host a Word cloud poll and I receive two responses:Social events SocialsWouldn’t it make sense for the app in real-time, or on-command to “merge” these two items into one and grow their cloud?Thanks,Z

Help! I am using Slido spaces for the first time. We have many presentations and some have the same poll questions (like how are you feeling today) but each have their own survey. I attempted to reset the poll questions and it reset the survey results too. Anyone know if they can be restored?

We are running a contest where participants will judge 10 entries based on 4 consistent criteria.  I’ve set this up as 10 x survey polls each with 4 questions that ask for a 0-5 ranking.  At the end of the process I would like to add up the scores for each team (survey) and display on a single results screen bar chart or similar with a bar representing each teams score out of 20.  Unfortunately I haven’t managed to find how to do this through the help guides etc so am hoping someone might be able to help please.  Thank you.
