I would like to manage the poll from slido for power point, but when i put the slide with the poll (word cloud) after a determined time, the presentation goes to the following slides, even though i don’t touch the mouse to switch the slide. how can I handle this and remove this, that looks like a timer?I would like to stay on the slide with the results of the poll also 5 or 10 minutes in order to comment the results and I don’t want to go to the next slides after few seconds. Many thanksSimona

AhaSlides has a feature where the audience can react to the presentation slides using emojis. The emojis will appear and "float" upwards on the screen similar to a live event on social media. Question: is this feature available in Slido?

Hi there - I’m wondering if it’s possible to run a trivia game over multiple days using the ‘quiz’ function with the leaderboard. Here’s the scenario, we are having our upcoming Sales All Hands and it’s a 4 day event. I’d like to sprinkle trivia questions throughout the 4 day presentation that ask questions about what’s being shared. Hopefully this improves engagement and motivates people to pay attention. On the last day we would present the final question and the top 3 winners on the leader board win a prize. Is this possible? Anything special I need to do? 

When I login in the Slido sidebar it goes to the webbrowser. I login, and it says You're now logged in!Please open PowerPoint to continue there.But nothing happens in Powerpoint, or the slido sidebar. It keeps saying “Welcome to Slido, login”

HelloI have 2 issues with quizzes on slidoI would like to launch the quizz so that people can fill it in during the break (which means that they do it at their own rhythm). I can do that with the survey but not with the quiz, unless I am mistaken This takes me to my second issue: I need to know who won (leaderboard) but would like to show the results at the end of the dayIs there a way to do this?Thank you in advance for your help Pauline

Hi, I am doing a survey with around 100 questions, and most of them have multiple choice answers with 5 choices.  Is there a way that I can use those 5 answers without having to write them again every single time?  99 x 5 = 495, those are the lines that will save me writing.Thank you!

I see related articles but all are dated.  Are there any updates on Microsoft enabling the use of Slido on Microsoft live events? Use case:My company hosts online continued education courses that attendees can receive credit to renew their insurance licenses. The states that regulate these licenses and renewals will sometimes request proof that the agent attended the course and was active in the lesson. We wish to leverage Slido to poll the attendees via Teams Webinar. Being able to utilize this platform is important to us as we currently utilize the integration offered from Microsoft to our CRM (HubSpot). Being able to tie polling results to attendee records would save hundreds of hours of work a year.  Any updates or information is appreciated. 

I am a guest on an upcoming slido. I will be presenting one of many sessions.I'm trying to add two Live Q&As to a google slide deck and collect responses. Can I do so via a QR code?  It seems that I only have "poll" and "survey" permissions as a guest. Do I need to be invited with a different access level to create a "question" to collect responses and create the Q&A sessions?If I cannot do via QR code, I could utilize a Slido integration for Google Slides. However, I am working on a Mac computer and do not have powerpoint installed, however the presentation computer utilized for the event is a Microsoft / Powerpoint. Thank you for your guidance! All the best,Jess

Using Slido in Power Point I need to allow each participant to be able to enter the same word multiple times but it only seems to allow one word per participant. How do I do that? 

We are having a large team meeting where we are having people go into breakout rooms to brainstorm and discuss several ideas. But because we have 4 different questions and each breakout room will go at a difference pace, we need all 4 ideas topic open at once. Then we will come back as a group to discuss. How can we open multiple ideas topic at once and have people answer at their own pace?

How can I allow participants to submit questions during a Powerpoint presentation without the Q&A slide open?

Hi there, for our event, we would like our participants to be able to answer the quiz at any point in time. It won’t be a group of people participating in the quiz at once. Is there any way to disable the live quiz feature and have the quiz be live throughout the event. We want participants to be able to answer all questions in one go instead of having to wait for a moderator to change the question.

I want to run a poll but never share the results on the screen. I selected the option to hide results, but it looks like it’ll still display them upon the admin clicking? Is there a different way to set up a poll so that I can collect feedback but never display the results?

What solution could be provided if multiple people are duplicating and using the slido question at the same time?  Would the person duplicating the question then need to update the Event Code # to a unique #, as i see from a different Q&A it stated this?  - ‘They can duplicate and use the event for themselves (just be sure the same exact Slido is not being used at the same time by multiple people as the polls being activated would interfere with each other).’   What would be the best practice for this situation when multiple people are using a duplicated slido question at the same time? 

Hi team,I purchased an Engage annual plan a few months back, but I think I’d like to upgrade to the next level. Is there an easy way to do this from my account? I’ve already purchase a year of the Engage level and don’t want to create a new account. What can I do?

I’ve done up a beautiful Googles Slides presentation, however it all falls apart once I go into Present Mode.  Whenever one of my pages features a quiz question in Slido, my beautifully designed Google Slide isn't shown and instead get an ugly generic screen instead. Is there a way to stop this from happening? See my before (with the beautiful parchment background and gold frame) and then the after. 

I am a co-organiser in a Teams event and recorded a session today where the Slido screen didn’t appear in the recording. I also presented a PPT slide deck which showed in the recording fine, however, when switching to Slido via Teams the screen only showed the organisers and attendees in the recording, no Slido. Is it possibly because I am not the host only co-organiser?

I want to set up some polls so that participants answering them cannot see who wrote what answers. But only I, as the admin, can see who wrote what answers - is this possible?

Is there a way that we can track participant names when they enter their answers in polls? Thanks. 

Hello. I want to convert an activity that my learners currently do on flipcharts (in-person) to Slido, but I don’t think it is possible Does anyone have any ideas?I have a flipchart (or physical whiteboard) with  options (m/c) for them to mark how often they do something…. but it has 2 parts so that they see the results of the 2 (similar) questions side by side. We talk about the disconnect based on this. Another use I have is where I (virtual) display a graph (curve) and the participants annotate where they fall along the curve. Can you do this in some way in Slido (so this can be done in person)?Thanks!Daina
